FUNNY BUNNY (9) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1400m at Kyoto after being in the firing line on the corner. Likely improver with strong prospects. MANA BONITO (7) was thereabouts last time out when third at Niigata over 1200m, beaten 0.8 lengths. That run should have her rock-hard fit now. Has a win and two minor placings at this journey from four starts and is set to play a major role. I'M INDY (2) was an effortless maiden winner last time out over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt, scoring by 3.5 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Yutaka Take was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up. GRAND THERESE (1) hasn't been far away lately, last time out finishing just 2.5 lengths back in fourth over 1200m at this track. Should be prominent from the outset. One of the better hopes.
