TAGANO SYLPHY (13) was easily accounted for when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 9 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish in this ordinary maiden. GUARDIAN TALE (12) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in fourth over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt. This looks a nice race so expect him to be highly competitive. GOLDEN DAGGER (9) booted up from the inside draw to race on the speed only to be claimed late and finish 5.5 lengths away in sixth last start over 2400m at Tokyo. Will push forward and is among the chances. NISHINO MORIMICHI (2) finished 7 lengths away in seventh after being in the firing line on the turn at his last appearance over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt on May 2. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around.
