Just missed only run last time resuming and can go one better for the new yard. GRAN CANTANTE (11) resumes. Wasn't far away at last run before a break, finishing sixth over 1800m at Nakayama 12 weeks ago. Rates highly and should take some beating. LIEN BERE (10) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on September 28, finishing eighth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 2000m at Nakayama. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. MEINER FORZA (2) has not won for a long while. Last raced on May 17 when beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh at Tokyo over 1600m. Suitably placed so anticipating a bold performance.
