PEGASUS JIRUSHI (15) is a consistent performer with three minor placings from four starts this prep. Continued the trend last time out when third over 1600m at this track after she was handy all the way. Looks well placed so expect another big run. WAVE MOON (17) knuckled down strongly to get within 1.5 lengths of the winner in second last start over 2000m at this track. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will play a major role. GORYOSEI (1) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 2000m at this track. Should give a good account again. ASK BOOM KISEKI (9) is a five-start maiden who finished sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at this track. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
