ZEN ESPOIR (11) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at Kyoto Dirt over 1800m, beaten 0.8 lengths. Should be at his peak now. Big chance to score. GARAKU (8) was thereabouts last time out when fifth over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt after she was always up in the leading division. The extra journey should play into her hands. One of the better hopes. YORINO LEGEND (14) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at Hanshin Dirt, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths over 1800m. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. MEISHO KOBE (4) has not appeared since he scored over 1800m at Niigata Dirt on August 24. Has to be respected.
