NEVER GIVE UP (8) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 7 lengths, over 1800m at this track. Should be doing best work late. FLYING THE KHAN (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when fifth over 1800m at this track a week-and-a-half ago. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. THE NOMINATE (7) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 8 lengths over 1600m at this track. Well placed and should be in the mix.
