CLARENDEN VINTAGE (5) added to a long string of placings when he led and kept finding only to go under by a neck last time at Young. Draws wider but with even luck he could take care of this line-up. SPRING DELIGHT (7) was well fancied from a good draw at his latest appearance but was disappointing. Good effort to finish second at Goulburn prior and draws for a trail so may be worthy of another chance. ILLUSTRATION (2) didn't do a bad job when fifth at Junee last time out and is aided by another good draw. NIXSUN (1) must be included after top-four finishes in his last four outings, three of them from this barrier.
