NIVEKALON EAGLE (5) has had three runs this prep and is yet to finish in the top three. Added to the sequence last time over 2150m at Bendigo, finishing 24 metres away from the winner in fourth. Meets a comparable field and he can figure in the finish. VERY TEMPTING (11) is worth another chance after a last-start seventh over 2180m at Kilmore a week-and-a-half ago. JOEYS HANGOVER (10) is next in line but might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw.
