Promising colt CARDIGAN JEM (7) has led to win well in his two starts to date, the latest at Bendigo when scoring by 4.4m. Has been kept up to the mark with an easy trial win since. Draws wide but has the speed to overcome that and he looks a colt on the up. TUAPEKA GOLD (9) has looked good in winning all three starts to date by handy margins, the last two from second line draws. Draws for a trail and could be dangerous again. FACET PRINCE (1) kicked off his career with a win over a similar distance at Penrith then led and boxed on for a 3.5m third at Menangle. The ace draw can see him competitive. BETTORBUST (6) draws wider than when he won as a hot favourite on debut at Mildura but has upside.
