VILLAGE VOICE (7) made it two in succession last start when she got the cash by a head over 2200m at Ballarat. Can settle just behind them and wait on the sprint lane. Good enough to take out a race like this. CHOGI (8) missed the placings for the third time in a row last start when 18 metres away in eighth over 1790m at Mildura. Recent form includes a win at Bendigo four starts back on February 20. Her recent effort is not a true indication. Good enough to put herself right in the finish. JILPANGER ROSE (5) last appeared when finishing well back over 1750m at Swan Hill five months ago. Expect a better effort to kick off this prep. BRAVE ART (6) is better than her last-start modest effort over 1790m at Mildura. This is easier.
