BARRYS ROSE (5) was midfield from the back row last start but was very consistent with a series of top-four finishes prior, highlighted by a win at this circuit and distance when off a similar draw to this. Has had six weeks off but was kept up to the mark with a trial win. SMOLENSKI (1) has copped wide barriers in both outings since a second at this venue. She is well served by the ace draw. TWO CRACKED CORN (9) draws for a trail and could get into the finish if she gets the gaps.
