NEED ME SOME SUGAR (1) has been racing at Menangle of late and has been coming from wider barriers but was runner-up the last time she started on the pegs last month. She can take advantage of that draw. DEPASSANT (6) recorded a third successive placing when 3.2 metres from the winner in second from a similar draw at Goulburn last week. Should be at peak fitness now and the hoof is on the till. Leading hope. SIYA (2) will be fitter for a couple of starts off a spell and draws well so could show more. SASSY MIA (3) was midfield from the back row when resuming. Fitter and should not have any excuses from a more favourable draw.
