BET ON THE RIVER (5) galloped from the standing start last time so looks better off behind a mobile. Had produced some good city efforts earlier in the campaign so can measure up with his A-game. HONOUR THE EAGLE (3) hasn't been too far off the placegetters since a Bridgetown win last month and again performed well last time at Bunbury, finishing fourth and less than 4 metres from the winner. Should enjoy an economical run from this draw. Winning hope. FOLLOW MY STRIDE (1) is on the radar having come from this barrier to place two back at Bunbury. ELEPHANT ROCK (7) draws for a trail and is in the mix after turning in a better effort last start to finish second at Bunbury.
