MY MOTHER SAID (2) has been competitive in her two Victorian outings since winning at this circuit and distance. Starts from the front mark and is good enough to put herself back in the winners' stall. BROWN EYED KATE (4) went close again last time at Terang, finishing second and just 2.6 metres from the winner. That was her fourth successive placing since winning here. Major player.
