BARNABY (7) resumes from a spell of two-and-a-half years after closing off last campaign in good form, the last run being a solid third over 2190m at Shepparton. Interesting to see what unfolds from this wide draw. Will have plenty of admirers. TISBURY ROCKS (1) gets the ace draw and is worth plenty of thought after coming from wider for a last-start win by a head at this circuit and distance after leading for most of the trip as the favourite. CAPTAIN BLOOD (3) ran eighth last start at Penrith over 1720m, beaten 23 metres. Capable of playing a major role so has to be respected. BANKSY (2) found a couple better two runs back then made mistakes last time when he broke and finished 12 metres back in fifth over 1609m at this track. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. Meets a similar line up so if he behaves a big run is likely.
