Exciting mare TOKYO ROSE (7) came from this barrier to beat race rival Eye Keep Smiling by 1.6m last start, stretching her unbeaten record at this circuit and distance to four. Had had six weeks off since but is big on talent and has the early speed to push forward. Looks the one to beat. EYE KEEP SMILING (10) has been racing well without winning this season but a recent trial win suggests she is in good shape. Draws deep but expect she'll be close to her peak with her Queen Elizabeth II Mile title defence looming next week. COOL AND CLASSY (3) returns to Sydney having won her last four starts in Brisbane on either side of a spell and the last time she raced here she won the NSW Oaks. Draws to get her chance. POST PAINTER (4) faces a class test against some top mares but she has been progressing well in Brisbane.
