STAR TO FALL (3) made a winning return two back at Wagga then was far from disgraced when fifth in a NSW Oaks heat in her latest appearance at Menangle. Has the benefit of a good draw and is proven at this circuit and distance. Winning claims in this easier assignment. TELERN LOFTY (7) made it two from two at this venue when he led at his most recent outing and saluted by 4 metres. May need a bit of luck negotiating a wide starting position but hasn't missed a place in four tries at this longer distance, winning twice. FIRE MARSHALL (6) draws wider but produced a decent effort last time out when third at this venue. FRANCO NICKELBACK (5) had a tough draw last time but returns to the front row here and has more upside than many of these.
