BROWNIESATMIDNIGHT (8) was disappointing last start when seventh over 2180m at Kilmore after a nice fourth at Cranbourne the run prior. Can travel in a nice spot from this draw and wait on the sprint lane if necessary. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. KOMODO (4) has been about the mark consistently and again performed admirably at the most recent appearance, making up plenty of ground but finding a couple better over 2200m at Ballarat. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. TRIPLE ROCK SAINT (3) is on the radar after his last-start sixth over 2240m at this track a week ago. TIMBIMBOO (11) is also in contention although the draw makes his job a bit tougher.
