PIESRIDINGSHOTGUN (8) must be considered after he finished third over 2240m at Melton a week-and-a-half ago. DEEJAY DEX (10) was in the money two starts ago then things went wrong last start when he copped a check, broke, and finished 10 metres away in fifth over 1690m at this track. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Only needs to get things right to be in the money.
