They were both in higher-graded races so she looks well placed. POPPY POPSTAR (6) was a winner at this circuit last month and looks close to another success after back-to-back seconds, missing by just a head here before going under by 1.3m at Bendigo last time. Big chance CHAMPAGNES (8) has trialled nicely since breaking last start. Owns a decent record at this distance so is a player with her A-game. LOUIEVILLE LASS (1) is in the mix after turning in a good effort last start to finish third from this barrier at Kilmore.
