Will need a bit of luck negotiating a very wide starting position. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards. RHAEGAL (4) was in the money on debut two runs ago then was about the mark again last time over 2000m at this track, finishing 7 metres from the winner in third. Big chance based on those two outings. LILITH (8) is stepping out for the first time. By Raging Bull and hails from the Zev Meredith stable. Gets a soft run on the inside of the second line but may need luck at some point. Trial winner who looks above average and should be right there at the business end. MELTON ENFORCER (6) is on the radar after his last-start fourth over 2000m here three-and-a-half weeks ago. Top-four conveyance.
