KING SAINT (3) was about the mark yet again last start when he led from this barrier and battled on well but found one better at Shepparton, beaten a neck. That was his third placing in his last four starts so he looks close to a win and is proven at this circuit and distance. KEAYANG OMAR (5) resumes here after closing his last prep with a fourth at Shepparton in January. Readied with a trial and has performed well when fresh previously. SOHO HUDSON (12) broke last time but placed from a wide draw prior. Can feature with manners and some luck from a tricky draw. SUMTHIN ELSE (4) hasn't been too far away of late and won the only time she attempted this circuit and distance.
