BETTORS PRIDE (7) was beaten as a hot favourite last time when he led and stuck on for third at this circuit and distance. Had been racing well in Group races prior, beaten only 2.2m in the Golden Nugget two back. Draws wider but worth another chance. SWEET COCO (6) has trialled nicely twice since breaking last start. Scored back-to-back wins at this circuit and distance in October, one of them from this draw. Big chance with manners. PETES HONOUR (5) won last month at Pinjarra and there has been merit in his two outings here since, both from wider draws than this. Last-start placegetter GREVIS (1) can be competitive again from the ace draw.
