RUTHLESS OFFENDER (9) had to dig deep to salute at the most recent appearance over 1800m at this track, getting home by just 1.75 metres. Meets some better types this time but another win is not out of the question. MASON DIXON LINE (1) turned in a much better run last start, finishing fourth over 1790m at Mildura. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. Facing a tougher assignment but he is capable of running another big race. NANCESTIGER (6) is heading the right way, improving last time out to finish third at this track over 1800m. Genuine threat. CLARENDEN TRIBUTE (7) disappointed last time but is a chance based on a good third over 2230m at this track two runs back.
