INSIDER TRADING (10) was kept out of the early speed battle off the wide starting position on the front line last start and couldn't get involved in the race when sixth over 1609m at this track. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Has the talent to take this out. ALPHA CRUCIS (8) is the next elect off a last-start win by 5 metres at Cranbourne over 2080m. OPTIMAL (9) cannot be ruled out but needs a bit of luck from the tricky draw.
