His last-start form is good enough to put him right in the finish. STIR ME UP (10) had a win at Hobart two runs ago before having his colours lowered at his latest appearance over 1680m at Launceston, beaten 2 metres. Hard to know where he gets from this slightly awkward draw. Meets a similar line up and he is capable of taking this out. ANDAMAN BAY (7) didn't do a bad job when sixth over 2180m at Burnie last time out. BARNY BILL (3) will be cherry-ripe after three runs back from a spell, the latest effort a sixth at Launceston two weeks ago.
