BUSLIN BRODY (6) has been competitive since his win at Bendigo in November and kept the ball rolling last time when he worked but stuck on and finished 4.5 metres from the winner in third at Melton. Similar draw but finds a nice race so with better luck can return to winning form. RARITY ROCK (7) broke fresh but registered a commanding victory last start, scoring by 8 metres at Cranbourne. Must overcome a very wide draw but should be further improved and has won at this circuit and distance before. SEBASTIANS WAITING (8) hasn't missed the top-three this time in and has come from this barrier for a Kilmore win and a Melton second in the last two outings. No sprint lane here but he is going well. QUIRKY CHARACTER (9) was fourth in a stronger race last time and came from this line to win two in a row at Melton prior. Respect.
