Likely to get all the favours from the inside starting position. Top chance. SPIRITINTHESKY (6) has worked her way back into peak form, getting home by a narrow margin at Addington at her most recent appearance. Goes back 10m in the handicap but could go on with the job. FLORENCE THE MACHINE (4) usually performs well at this distance and is on the radar after her last-start fourth at Central Southland a week ago. SPELLS OF LOVE (7) is worth some thought having produced two solid efforts since placing the last time he raced here.
