Drops to a distance where he has won both previous attempts and the ace draw gives him every chance to land the hat trick. NOT AS PROMISED (3) raced parked when runner-up to Ajay Volstead in their last clash two back then chased topliner Gus when runner-up in last week's Trotters Marathon. Has won three of the four times he has attempted this shorter distance here. Building towards a win and is a danger from a good draw. ZEALOUS SPUR (2) was midfield in the Marathon last week but placed in his previous three and draws to advantage. Manners let GET USED TO IT (5) down last time but he won the previous two times he got it right behind a mobile.
