LA CAVALLETTA (8) put the writing on the wall with a much better effort for second last time out, beaten 3 metres. Race fit now and should enjoy a pretty soft run from this draw, with the sprint lane in play. Has winning claims. MIKIS JOE (7) had to work when midfield over further last start. Came from the back row when scoring at the previous appearance at this circuit and distance. Must overcome a very wide draw but is a leading hope with even luck. GREAT ACHIEVER (4) has to come into calculations on the back of some strong recent form, clocking in fifth from the back row last week and placing in his previous three outings. LOCHINVAR CAMARO (9) is in the mix if he gets the gaps from his second line draw.
