Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. DEL BOCAVISTA BAY (9) again drew a wide gate last start but did a great job, scoring by 1.75 metres here over 2265m. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. THOMSON BAY (5) is on the radar after his last-start sixth over 2265m at this circuit a week ago. Top-three credentials. FUNKY MUSIC (3) has been about the mark of late and must be respected, the latest offering a sound third at Pinjarra over 2185m.
