Should only be better for that experience so looks a big chance to go one better. MASTER MCGOOGAN (7) made good progress at start number two, beating La Venture to score at this circuit and distance. Draws wider but with further improvement likely he could strike again. T K SUPERSONIC (3) came from wider for a Group 1 third at Alexandra Park last start, his third placing in four starts so far. Draws well and was runner-up the only time he raced here. ELLIE DIAMOND (6) has yet to miss the top-four and can be competitive again.
