AVONGATE MAXIMUS (4) stuck on well last time to finish one length back in second (16.47) at this track in a D3 over 280m. Hard to beat again. LA FLOR (1) doesn't have the best strike-rate but recent form is sound. Has finished in the placings two on end now, the latest when third (16.48) at this track. Has a good record at this journey. Overdue and is among the main hopes. BOMBAY BINGO (3) has strong claims after a top-three finish last time out.
