SOLDIER SAM (3) finds it hard to win but looks close to breaking through. Has been in the money the last five starts, the latest when third (30.18) at this track. The form out of his last race has been franked. Racing well and deserves a win. TROUBLED WATER (6) has been struggling of late. Finished fourth two starts back at this track then was again out of the placings at her latest appearance in a IV at this track over 660m (40.13). Switches to a handicap and will start off scratch. No surprise to see her back in form.
