DROVERS ROMANY (4) made light work of trap four with a scorching early sectional but gathered in and had to settle for the minors, finishing third (25.07) at this track over 400m. One of the contenders. LARGEANDINCHARGE (3) was popular in betting last start but disappointed when 6 lengths away in fifth (25.11). Finished third the start before. A big run wouldn’t surprise. BURGESS SHARON (2) had the drop on the lead early on but could only manage second, beaten one length (24.95) at this track in an A11 over 400m. Hard to beat again. MOLLYCODDLE (6) is down a grade after finishing fifth two starts back at this track then was again out of the placings at her latest appearance in an A10 at this track over 400m (25.35). Deserves another chance this class.
