CARLOW ROAD (3) sprung the lids and on speed throughout before being run over late when fourth (24.85) at this track over 400m. Has performed well from this box with a win and four minor placings to her name from 10 starts. Better than the latest effort and deserves another chance. DA YOUNG LAD (5) jumped from this trap last time and also the same course and distance to score an A11 win (24.55). This tougher but expected to be in the finish. DUGGIES MEMORY (2) recorded three placings in a row before an overdue win last time, scoring by 3.5 lengths (24.74) at this track. Leading chance again. JACKTAVERN TAZ (4) is down a grade after finishing fifth two starts back at this track then was again out of the placings at his latest appearance in an A8 at this track over 400m (25.34). This easier so don't rule him out.
