MEDUSA (2) followed a minor placing and jumping from a 7m advantage in a handicap at this track two runs ago with a disappointing fifth last start, beaten 3.5 lengths, in an A7 at this track over 480m (29.77). Back to a handicap this time and will break 11m from scratch. Better than the last run and is not to be underestimated. SLINGSHOT FORTH (4) failed to feature last start after missing the jump at this track, but prior to that won by 1.5 lengths at this track (28.92) beating Howay Miley in an A4 on September 17. Worth following up. CANNY SMILER (3) placed last start as favourite and is in the mix again.
