The outright winner of the 2026/27 English Premier League title is one of the most popular markets out there, and with the competitive nature of the competition, there can be a lot of value being offered at the beginning of the campaign.

The Gunners finally captured the title last season after a couple of close calls in recent years, accumulating 85 points from their 38 games (winning 26, drawing 7, and losing 5).

They won by a margin of 7 points. While Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City pushed them close, his side stumbled towards the end of the campaign, despite looking to make life very nervy for the London outfit.

If this move happens, this could shorten their odds and close the gap on the Gunners , who remain the clear favourites in the market. Mikel Arteta’s side are arguably favourites as they’ve been relatively stable this winter, keeping their core group of players and adding depth. 

The addition of Bruno Guimaraes is big, while fringe players are the only ones to leave (so far).

However, they have been hit a little by injury, with the most notable absence being William Saliba in the heart of defence.

Elsewhere, Liverpool will look different with Mohamed Salah and Ibrahima Konate having departed. Former Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola is the club’s new manager, while Alexander Isak will need to hit the ground running with Hugo Ekitike out.

Still, if the Reds make signings like those rumoured, they could be worth keeping an eye on. The defence has been boosted with the arrivals of Jérémy Jacquet and Ronald Araujo, while the left has been strengthened by Víctor Muñoz.

If they can get Bradley Barcola through the door, they could have something to say in the title race.

Chelsea are just another of the many clubs in the EPL this season starting the campaign with a new manager. Xabi Alonso will have a bit more time than others after the Blues failed to qualify for European soccer. 

This could give them an opportunity to mount a serious title charge, and why their odds are slightly stronger than others.

They’ve also made many additions to strengthen key areas, with Morgan Rogers, Maxence Lacroix, Marco Palestra, Jordan Henderson, Danny Welbeck, and Pep Chavarría all helping to add quality, depth and experience.
