At the same time, Liverpool have a tough home game against Brighton and are likely to be without Salah.

Premier League 2025/26 Matchweek 16 Betting Predictions
Here are our top MW16 predictions with our 2025/26 Premier League betting odds and markets, keeping in mind everything we mentioned above:
- Crystal Palace vs Man City - City are the big favourites entering the game; Guardiola’s side are unbeaten in their last three at Selhurst Park in the EPL with two victories. ‘Over 2.5 Goals’ looks good value based on previous meetings.
- Liverpool vs Brighton - Liverpool big favourites, but they’re under pressure. Positive UCL results haven’t followed in the EPL this season as Slot remains in trouble. Brighton as the underdog looks good value, as Liverpool has lost three of its last four EPL day matches as a favourite.
- Sunderland vs Newcastle - Newcastle are in a good run of form, and we predict they will edge this one. The 'Both Teams to Score' market has hit in each of Newcastle United's last eight EPL matches, making the ‘Yes’ offer good value. Additionally, ‘Bruno Guimarães - To Score Or Assist’ looks good, as he has scored or assisted in three of the last four EPL matches.
