<p>The 16th-placed Gold Coast Titans will host the 17th-placed South Sydney Rabbitohs in an early ‘spoon bowl’ at Cbus Super Stadium on Sunday afternoon.</p> <p>Last week’s 60-14 loss to Brisbane was the rock bottom in what has been a challenging year for Souths.</p> <p>Nine consecutive losses have them facing a wooden spoon, although with a bye to come, victory on Sunday would put the Rabbitohs in position to avoid that unwanted title.</p> <p>South Sydney may take confidence from its nine-match winning streak over Gold Coast.
