Well Round 1 has been run and what a weekend of footy!
We had some absolute nail biters which included a big season opener for the Storm as well as the Dolphins coming in and making a splash (pardon the pun).

Don’t poke the bear - Cody just loves the big games and loves playing the Panthers. Hes' scored 5 games on the trot against them. Can the #6 make it six straight?

We backed the Eels to win at 1-12 last week and we were brutally unlucky. There's similar form lines here as they'll be meeting a historically good defensive team, so we'll go back to the well and back the boys from Paramatta to take it home in a close one.

Brisbane Broncos vs North Queensland Cowboys
They say styles make fights and the Cowboys sure have the style here. Last year they faired well against the Broncos, scorring a whopping 78 points across 2 matchups. There's a pure price play in backing the Cowboys at 13+ with some odds almost too good to pass up.

Roosters have up to a dozen of their top 30 out here. There are some scary names on paper but until I see something from them I wont be taking the minus.

The men from Redcliffe suprised everyone with a win on debut. They're facing a less intimidating team in the Canberra Raiders and should get the win.

Melbourne Storm vs Canterbury Bulldogs
Bulldogs had some very unlucky things go against them against Manly. With no Munster, no Olam and no Pap for the Storm, it’s a good bet to back the Dogs.We shoud know within the first 10 minutes if we're on a winning ticket or not.
