Sharks vs Dragons Prediction and Betting Tips

Head-to-Head Prediction

The Cronulla Sharks have lost back-to-back games, and with the Dragons missing several players to injury, it is looking like they could have a strong response at home in front of their fans.

Historically, the Sharks have dominated this matchup winning the last eight of nine meetings with the Dragons.

With their better form overall and the availability of their players, we expect the Sharks to compete with the Dragons and get a win on Thursday night.

Betting tip: Cronulla Sharks.

First Try Scorer Prediction

The Dragons will have a different backline on the road against Cronulla, particularly on their left edge.

Although Kayal Iro is injured and will spend time on the sidelines, Ronald Mulitalo will return and give the Sharks a needed spark.

We expect that Nicho Hynes and Braydon Trindall will shift the ball right and attack the weaker defensive edge of the Dragons and have the returning winger score first to start the game.

Betting tip: Ronaldo Multialo first try scorer.

Over/Under Prediction

Both teams have been in a lot of games recently with a lot of points scored.

If the Sharks get their attack going, it could be a long night for their rivals.

Eight of the last nine matches between Cronulla and St George at Sharks Stadium have gone under the total match point line.

Expect a more controlled scoring game on Thursday night.

Betting tip: Under total match points.
