Without a shadow of a doubt the headline fixture of NRLW round 7, when the undefeated Roosters host the high-flying Knights, there should be serious fireworks.</p> <p>Both teams won big last week, with Sheridan Gallagher and Evah McEwen doing most of the damage for the Knights.</p> <p>For the Roosters, strike centre Jess Sergis seemingly can’t be stopped at the moment and as a result both her and her side will keep find their way into our bet slips.</p> <p>As we say every week, until the Roosters give us a reason to bet against them, we won’t be deviating.
