This top four clash looms as the potential match of the round with the New Zealand Warriors visiting the Canterbury Bulldogs at Accor Stadium on Saturday night.

With just five games remaining, the Bulldogs will be rueing a missed opportunity in the minor premiership race after they failed to capitalise on a slip by the ladder-leading Raiders last round, going down 28-14 to the Tigers.

Meanwhile, the Warriors slumped to another home loss, though they may be buoyed by their form in NSW ahead of this weekend’s blockbuster. Despite injury concerns, gun half Lachlan Galvin has been named to play for the Bulldogs, meaning Cameron Ciraldo hasn’t had to make any changes to his 17.

The Warriors have been dealt another blow to their stocks with Jacob Laban now sidelined, but it coincides with the return of Demitric Vaimauga. Te Maire Martin drops down to the bench as Chanel Harris-Tavita makes his way back.

Check out our Canterbury Bulldogs vs New Zealand Warriors match preview for plenty of betting tips and predictions across a host of markets. Check out our Bulldogs vs Warriors prediction below.

Bulldogs vs Warriors Prediction and Betting Tips

Head-to-Head Prediction

It appears as though the Warriors mounting injury crisis has finally caught up with them. They’ve lost their last two and are now in real danger of dropping out of the top four.

With Penrith on the prowl, a loss here to the Dogs will most likely see them fall to fifth, so they’ll be desperate to return to the winner’s circle when they head to Sydney on Saturday.

They’re not the only ones. The Bulldogs will no doubt be desperate to bounce back from their shock loss to the Tigers of all people.

While the loss to the Tigers is inexplicable, it comes across more as a blip after a rich run of results for Canterbury. Whereas it really looks like the Wahs are losing faith and fast.

When you’ve lost your main man, starting halfback and at the time of Luke Metcalf’s injury, one of the most in form players in the entire NRL, a dip in form can more than be excused. That doesn’t mean it will stop though.

Betting tip: Canterbury Bulldogs.

First Tryscorer Prediction

Talk about a man on a mission. Leka Halasima has scored a try in each of New Zealand's last five matches and simply can’t be stopped at the moment.

He keeps sucking us back in every week and we’re hoping eventually one of his weekly four-pointers will be the first of the contest.

Betting tip: Leka Halasima.

Over/Under Prediction

Seven of Canterbury's last eight matches have gone under the total match points line.

Betting tip: Under total match points (42.5).

Line Prediction

Canterbury has failed to cover the line in each of its last seven night matches.

Betting tip: New Zealand Warriors (+8.5).

Bulldogs vs Warriors Anytime Tryscorer Betting Tips

Enari Tuala

In each of Canterbury's last four home matches, its starting left wing has scored a try.

Dallin Watene-Zelezniak

In each of New Zealand's last eight matches at Accor Stadium, its starting right wing has scored at least one try

Jacob Kiraz

Jacob Kiraz has scored at least one try in each of Canterbury's last three matches.

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has scored a try in each of his last three appearances against opponents that were ranked in the top four.

Bulldogs vs Warriors Teams

Canterbury Bulldogs Team List

1.
