The Brisbane Broncos will be out to continue their top four charge when they host the Parramatta Eels at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.

Michael Maguire’s men have won five on the trot, with the most recent being a 26-14 result over the Titans a fortnight ago before their third bye in nine weeks.

Meanwhile, the Eels now sit just one spot above 17th after losing five of their last six, including last week’s 40-16 loss to the Raiders in which they were annihilated 28-0 in the second half.

However, there is some good news down Parramatta way, with main man Mitch Moses back from six weeks out. This shifts Dean Hawkins over to five-eighth and Joash Papalii to fullback for the injured Isaiah Iongi. Furthermore, Will Penisini is back from suspension.

The Broncos have a big inclusion of their own with Payne Haas returning after his post-Origin rest alongside Jesse Arthars and Corey Jensen.

Check out our Brisbane Broncos vs Parramatta Eels preview for plenty of betting tips and predictions across a host of markets. From H2H to anytime tryscorers and everything in between.

So, for all the latest news, analysis, odds, and betting tips ahead of this mouthwatering matchup, check out our Broncos vs Eels prediction below.

Broncos vs Eels Prediction and Betting Tips

Head-to-Head Prediction

Back from their bye the Brisbane Broncos get to welcome the electric-less Eels to Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.

Fresh from a week off, on a five-game winning streak, and with all their stars now back on deck, could this be where the Broncos mount a charge for the top four and potentially the title?

The potential is certainly there, particularly as they should be picking up the points this week against an Eels side that are drawing dead in season 2025 and as a result have decided to throw the baby out with the bath water.

The baby in this case is departing million-dollar man Dylan Brown, who has been dropped to allow others to gain experience in first grade as Jason Ryles sees little benefit in providing opportunities for a player who will not be at the club in 2026.

In an interesting statistical turn, since 1998 these two sides have played 52 times and won 26 each. This stalemate is going to have to give, unless an unlikely draw occurs.

Betting tip: Brisbane Broncos.

First Try Scorer Prediction

Parramatta appear to have a very obvious leak. In each of their last four matches, the opposition's starting right wing has scored at least one try.

We’re tipping the Broncos to waste no time in exploiting this and as Josiah Karapani will be the Brisbane winger lining up on that side, he’s the man we’re taking to open the scoring in this one.

Betting tip: Josiah Karapani.

Over/Under Prediction

Five of Parramatta's last six matches at Suncorp Stadium have gone over the total match points line.

Betting tip: Over total match points (49.5).

Line Prediction

Brisbane has covered the line in each of its last five matches.

Betting tip: Brisbane Broncos (-14.5).

Broncos vs Eels Anytime Tryscorer Betting Tips

Gehamat Shibasaki

Gehamat Shibasaki has scored at least one try in each of Brisbane's last five home matches.

Zac Lomax

It’s Friday, Friday, gotta score tries on Friday.
