
The 2026 Golden Globe nominations are in and have delivered some serious surprises.
While Paul Thomas Andersono’s "One Battle After Another” landing nine nominations wasn't entirely unexpected, the complete omission of "Wicked" from the major film categories sent shockwaves through Hollywood.
On the local front, three Aussies are up for awards. Heartthrob Jacob Elordi scored a double nomination for "Frankenstein" and "The Narrow Road to the Deep North, Sarah Snook is getting her flowers for “All Her Fault” and veteran Joel Edgerton takes a seat at the table with the big boys, receiving a nomination for best male actor for his performance in “Train Dreams.”
