<p>The 2026 Golden Globe nominations are in and have delivered some serious surprises.</p>
<p>While Paul Thomas Andersono’s "One Battle After Another” landing nine nominations wasn't entirely unexpected, the complete omission of "Wicked" from the major film categories sent shockwaves through Hollywood.</p>
<p>On the local front, three Aussies are up for awards. Heartthrob Jacob Elordi scored a double nomination for "Frankenstein" and "The Narrow Road to the Deep North, Sarah Snook is getting her flowers for “All Her Fault” and veteran Joel Edgerton takes a seat at the table with the big boys, receiving a nomination for best male actor for his performance in “Train Dreams.”</p>
