NBL Tips & Predictions - Round 10

19/11/2025|SB Staff|NBL Tips & Predictions

A new week presents a new round of possibilities for NBL teams.

The Breakers saluted with a much-needed win and, in the process, left the Bullets in slight disarray.

The Kings have found some hot form, while the JackJumpers are searching for where their next win might come from.

A new weekend of action begins with a season-defining Ignite Cup match in Adelaide for the defending champs.

It is a big weekend in Melbourne with two cracking contests at John Cain Arena. On we go.

For the latest NBL news, analysis and odds, check out Sportsbet’s NBL Round 10 tips and predictions below.

Adelaide 36ers vs Illawarra Hawks Prediction

Wednesday, November 17, 2025, 7:30 PM AEDT - Adelaide Entertainment Centre

What can’t Bryce do?

He continues to amaze NBL fans as he powers his new side to big wins over the JackJumpers and Taipans.
Averaging a league-best 27.4 points a game, along with career highs in assists (6.5) and steals (2.5), Cotton is doing all he can to secure a sixth MVP trophy.

The Hawks had hit some nice form, then ran into a rampaging Kings outfit who put them back in their place. They have been terribly inconsistent this season, and we cannot quite pick when they will or will not play well.

The 36ers should be good enough to cover the spread at home here.

Betting tip: 36ers

Brisbane Bullets vs SE Melbourne Phoenix Prediction

Thursday, November 20, 2025, 7:30 PM AEDT - Brisbane Entertainment Centre

We told you not to fret after the Throwdown loss. They brushed the Taipans aside with relative ease, taking the Nix to six wins from their past seven to solidify a top-three spot.

While a trip away is always trickier, they arrive in Brisbane, where things are in a confusing place for the home side. After parting with import Jaylen Adams after just 13 games, they have welcomed back Javon Freeman-Liberty so soon after his mutual release from the club.

It is a strange time in the Sunshine State.

Betting tip: Phoenix

Illawarra Hawks vs Melbourne United Prediction

Friday, November 21, 2025, 7:30 PM AEDT - WIN Entertainment Centre

A very quick turnaround for the Hawks.

They are back home hosting ladder-leading United and will be desperate to string some good performances together.

United will be fresher coming off the six-day break and has quickly reasserted itself with two straight wins after a pair of losses.

They should be too good here.

Betting tip: United

Perth Wildcats vs Tasmania JackJumpers Prediction

Friday, November 21, 2025, 9:30 PM AEDT - RAC Arena

It was a rare home win for Perth this season against the Breakers, a far cry from their usual imposing record on their own floor.

A huge final quarter from Kristian Doolittle, who netted 15 of his 25 points in the last 10 minutes, ensured the home side claimed the points.

With Dylan Windler back and David Duke Jr settling in, things are slowly coming together for John Rillie’s side.

The JackJumpers are on a losing streak that looks to be spiraling out of control. We expect that to extend here.

Betting tip: Wildcats

Cairns Taipans vs NZ Breakers Prediction

Saturday, November 22, 2025, 5:30 PM AEDT - Cairns Convention Centre

The Breakers rallied and showed some incredible improvement to get over the Bullets and secure an all-important W. However, they now need to rebound after losing to the Wildcats.

They should be strong enough to get a result here away to Cairns, but again, it all depends on how they shoot from the line and beyond the perimeter.

Cairns has a chance to secure a rare W here against the travelling Breakers, but they are coming from a long, long way back.

Betting tip: Breakers

SE Melbourne Phoenix vs Adelaide 36ers Prediction

Saturday, November 22, 2025, 8:00 PM AEDT - John Cain Arena

A mouth-watering clash between two good teams.

It is hard to split them, and both will be on the wraparound for their second game of the round, off a short break.

Bryce will be Bryce and lead the 36ers from the front, but we are loving the rise of the Phoenix this year. Expect it to be close for three quarters, but we are backing the Nix to get it done in front of their home fans.

Betting tip: Phoenix

Tasmania JackJumpers vs Sydney Kings Prediction

Sunday, November 23, 2025, 2:30 PM AEDT - MyState Bank Arena

That is four on the bounce now for the Kings. Momentum is a funny thing in sport.

Kendric Davis is hitting MVP-type form, while former MVP Xavier Cooks has found his mojo again.

For the home side, the island desperately needs defending.

It is now five straight losses for Scott Roth’s side heading into this weekend’s games. Yes, they are ravaged by injuries, including a big one to skipper Will Magnay, and they desperately need to reverse this form or risk falling out of the finals race.

Betting tip: Kings.

Melbourne United vs Perth Wildcats Prediction

Sunday, November 23, 2025, 4:30 PM AEDT - John Cain Arena

NBL fans love a United vs Wildcats game. There is always theatre and drama that comes from this rivalry.

United remain the best team in the league despite splitting their past four. Milton Doyle is proving to be worth every cent as their star import.

Perth are well coached and well drilled. They will be tough to beat, but the trip to Melbourne on the short turnaround is far from ideal. The home side should be good enough.

Betting tip: United.

NBL 2025/26 Championship Odds:
