Grizzlies vs Bulls Prediction & Betting Odds

27/03/2026|SB Staff|NBA Tips & Predictions
Memphis Grizzlies vs Chicago Bulls

Both are currently outside the spots needed for the postseason, and with games running out quickly, there's not much room for error and defeats. However, someone is going to have to lose this one.

The two teams will face each other on Sunday, March 29, at 11:00 AEDT, with a lot potentially on the line…

Quick Picks

Our pick: Bulls to win

Value bet: Bulls to win by 11+ points

Long shot: Giddey to have a triple-double

Betting Preview

Historically, games between the Grizzlies and Bulls have typically followed a pattern: one team will put together a run of consecutive victories. Disregarding the last two meetings for the time being (we'll come back to them), the Bulls had enjoyed a spell of four consecutive wins, having ended a five-game winless stretch that had followed a six-game win streak.

Now, in more recent clashes, the two teams have each won one of the last two games. The Bulls won the most recent (March 2026) 132-107, playing as hosts. When playing in Memphis, they've won six of the last 10, including the two most recent meetings.

When looking at the regular season form of both teams, it's worth pointing out that neither team will give you confidence regarding a win. As of writing, Memphis are 12-21 (with games against Spurs and Rockets to come first), and 1-9 over their last 10, having lost three in a row.

The Bulls haven't had much success on the road, as they are 11-22 before games against the 76ers and Thunder. Over their last 10, they've been better than Memphis, but are still 4-6 despite having picked up a recent win.

Betting Markets to Watch

In the game that was played earlier this month, Matas Buzelis scored a game-high 29 points, while Josh Giddey had a triple-double in the NBA (16 points, 15 rebounds, 13 assists). It was his 12th of the season, which means there's potential value in him having another in the return clash.

With Memphis's poor record at home, we think there's going to be value in the Bulls to win in the moneyline. Chicago have been far from convincing when playing on the road, but the Grizzlies have been poor all year in front of their own fans.

As a result, we think there's going to be value worth exploring in the handicap and Big Win Little Win markets for the Bulls. We think they'll be able to cover the point spread that is set, with Chicago winning by 11+ points.

Our Prediction

Check the latest NBA betting odds at Sportsbet.

It's a hugely important game for both teams as they look to secure their place in the NBA playoffs betting, but with the end of the regular season fast approaching, we think the Chicago Bulls are likely to make the most of this one. Injury reports reveal both teams have key players unavailable, which adds further to the likelihood of a Bulls win in our opinion.
