WWE’s summer European tour hits the city of love for WWE Clash in Paris 2025 in an event that will see championship belts defended and countless scores settled.

The last time WWE went to France, we all remember the raucous and rowdy crowd in Lyon for Backlash, and we’re hoping for a similar reception here for the first PLE.

John Cena, on his final lap as a WWE superstar, will do battle with Logan Paul, while, headlining the show, Seth Rollins will defend his newly won World Title against CM Punk, LA Knight, and Jey Uso in a fatal four-way match.

Sprinkle in a Good Old-Fashioned Donnybrook and an appearance from the OTC, Roman Reigns, and you have a loaded card for the French fans.

Being the first PLE event after Summerslam, the energy will be high.

Can Rollins beat the odds? Can Logan Paul upset the greatest of all time? And who will make a surprise appearance and shock the world?

For the latest WWE news, analysis, odds, and betting tips, check out our WWE Clash in Paris 2025 prediction and preview below.

WWE Clash in Paris 2025 Predictions & Preview*

Roman Reigns vs Bronson Reed - Singles Match

Can Roman Reigns get his Nike’s back?

The ‘Tribal Chief’ does battle with ‘The Tribal Thief’, Bronson Reed, who is the enforcer in the way of Reigns getting to the man he really wants, Seth Rollins.

Reigns is looking for a measure of revenge on the ‘Auszilla’ who has had the pleasure of beating Reigns down and stealing his shoes over recent weeks.

We think he gets that revenge in a physical match. This one only lengthens the story between Reigns and Rollins, which shouldn’t end anytime soon. Let it cook.

Betting tip: Roman Reigns

Sheamus vs Rusev - Good Old-Fashioned Donnybrook Match

The name of this match alone points straight to a win for the Irishman. But it probably isn’t that obvious.

The Bulgarian Brute, Rusev, is still finding his feet back in WWE following his return on the Raw after Wrestlemania 41 and is searching for a big win to launch into his second run with the company.

The brutes have traded victories on TV in recent weeks, with their last match ending in a double countout. With no rules and weapons encouraged in Paris, this will be a fun spot-fest to hype up the crowd.

Sheamus is a veteran and solid company man, but there’s probably more scope and plans for Rusev moving forward, so he should pick up the win here.

Betting tip: Rusev

Becky Lynch vs Nikki Bella - Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match

The Hall of Famer Nikki Bella is back in WWE and can still hold her own in the squared circle.

It’s a stiff challenge, though, getting in the ring with ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch, who is in some vintage form in this heel run as Intercontinental Champion.

On the mic and in the ring, she’s doing some amazing work while her husband dominates further up the card, too.

It will be a good match between two veterans, but we’re expecting Becky to pick up the W here. Maybe, maybe, we get a surprise attack/ appearance from Bayley following weeks of vignettes on Raw and set up that program moving forward.

Betting tip: Becky Lynch

John Cena vs Logan Paul - Singles Match

We’re into the final third of the John Cena Farewell Tour.

The greatest of all time has seemingly abandoned his ‘I want to ruin wrestling on my way out’ shtick and is back being the big superhero for the fans he’s always been for one last ride.

The verbal back and forth between the Unseen 17 and the YouTuber turned wrestler has been fierce, and Paul managed to land one on Cena last Friday.

Paul will show off his flips and athletic prowess, but with John back being a good guy, we think we know how this one ends.

Five moves, or one move, he’ll be standing tall to wrap this one up…

Of course, we’re all on Brock Lesnar watch here too as they continue to build towards that match whenever down the road.

Betting tip: John Cena

Seth Rollins vs CM Punk vs LA Knight vs Jey Uso - Fatal Four Way World Heavyweight Championship Match

Ever since his shocking cash-in at SummerSlam, Rollins has made his fair share of enemies in the WWE locker room. Even more than he had before.

Despite the leader of ‘The Vision’ trying to get Bronn Breakker and Bronson Reed to do all the heavy-lifting for him, he finds himself in a Fatal-Four Way match against CM Punk (the man he cashed in on), LA Knight, and Jey Uso.

All three men have issues with Rollins dating way back. Knight was moments away from winning the briefcase before Rollins's guys intervened, and Uso has had a long-running battle with Rollins for a good while now.

However far the deck is stacked against him, The Architect will somehow emerge with his title reign intact and his run atop of the Raw brand as its centerpiece bad guy continuing.

Betting tip: Seth Rollins

*card is subject to change

WWE Clash in Paris 2025 Details

Date: Monday, September 1, 2025 (Australian time)

Location: La Defense Arena, Nanterre, Paris, France

How to watch in Australia: Netflix - Monday, September 1st, from 3 am AEST.
