Brewers vs Rays World Series Game 4 Prediction and Betting Odds

2026 MLB World Series Game 4 Prediction

The Milwaukee Brewers are just one game away from winning the World Series after going up 3-0 against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Game 4 is all-or-nothing for the hosts, who have struggled to replicate their form when it matters most in baseball.

With the game scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, and the first pitch at 11:00 AEDT, will the Brewers secure victory and become champions, or will the Rays live to fight another day?

Quick Picks

Our pick: Brewers to win

Value bet: Yelich to hit a single

Long shot: Mitchell to hit a homer

Betting Preview

The Brewers weren’t fazed at all by heading to Florida for Game 3, decimating the hosts in front of an expectant crowd who were hoping they could do what their opponents had done so far and make home-field advantage count for something.

Unfortunately for them, they witnessed the Brewers put on a clinic as they won 10-1, scoring 8 runs in the top of the fifth inning.

Jackson Chourio and Jake Bauers both scored in the second inning, putting the game at 2-0 before all hell broke loose in the eighth.

Chourio, Christian Yelich, William Contreras, Garrett Mitchell, Brice Turang, Cooper Pratt, Sal Frelick, and David Hamilton all scored, giving them a 10-0 lead.

Yandy Diaz hit a double, scoring Cedric Mullins, to give the Rays their sole run in the bottom of the ninth inning.

When looking at our main picks for Game 3, we correctly predicted the Brewers to win, Bauers to have at least one hit, and Diaz to hit a double.

We also highlighted that the over in the total runs market had value, with the line of 6.5 easily cleared.

Betting Markets to Watch

Having won 15 of their last 16 games, in a position to win the World Series by clean sweeping their opponent, and having won each of their last 13 games after playing the previous day, the Brewers are the favourites in the betting odds.

It’s not a surprise, as they’ve been dominant throughout the series.

There’s value to explore in the prop markets; Christian Yelich To Hit A Single offers some. Yelich has recorded at least one Single in each of the Brewers' last six road games against the Rays and is in fine form.

Alternatively, Yandy Diaz To Hit A Single is worth exploring, as he has recorded at least one Single in each of the Rays' last 11 home games against NL opponents with winning records.

The Over in the total runs market appears to have value once again.

The line has been set at a higher 7.5, but this has hit in the last two games. At the same time, six of the Rays' last seven home games against NL opponents have gone over the total runs line.

Our Prediction

Our prediction is for the Brewers to be likely winners.

Our long shot in this one is the home run market; Mitchell has hit a home run in two of the Brewers' last three road games and has value to do so again.
